BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Closed Cooling Tower (also called "Evaporative Air Cooler") adopt a combination technology of secondary heat exchange coil tube (air and water flow in the same direction, mixed-flow type) and PVC filler, to achieve high-efficient heat-exchange effect. Since air and spray water flow through the coil in the same direction, the spray water can cover the coil tube surface to the greatest extent to make sure its surface is completely wet. Compared to the structure that air and water flow in the counter direction, same direction flow structure can greatly reduce the formation of dry spots and water scale on the coil tube wall.
Both of fans and pumps adopt high quality bearings without other wear-out parts, direct-connecting type structure help to bring down the noise and failure rate, avoid the rotational loss. Different structure designs give more choice for different application fields.

Working Theory
As induced draft type cross flow evaporative cooling tower, in operation a large amount of fresh air is inlet through side louvers on the bottom of the tower continuously, then directed through the cooling coils and wet deck fills across the spray water, becoming wet hot air, eventually induced draught out of the tower into the atmosphere with hot moisture. During this process, a part of the spray water is evaporated with heat removed, while the heat from the process fluids inside the coils is transferred to the spray water through the wall of coils, thus temperature of process fluids is reduced efficiently, and keep clean during the whole circulations as in a closed loop.
