ML cooling tower film fill is one of the most important components for exchange of gas and water in cooling tower. cooling tower fill is the major part to improve cooling tower working efficiency and make sure the economy and safe operation. With the development of plastic industry, cross-current tower drench waste water into corrugated fills, which has many advantages like heat dissipation, durable, good performance, small ventilation resistance , etc. Based on these easy and other advantages it is widely used in different types of large, medium and small cooling towers.

Cooling tower fill Parameter:

1.The thickness is from 0.22mm to 0.45mm which the raw material PVC sheets are requested good quality and strong enough for the ML fill.
2.The width are 610mm, 750mm, 813mm, 915mm, 1000mm, 1220mm, 1520mm, the new mould and machine for 1900mm width ML fill is in development. We believe it will be successful in the near future, that will bring much convenient for customer in the installation and application.
3.The length of ML cooling tower fill can be customized. The normal length are 1854mm, 2060mm, 2450mm, 2678mm, 2980mm, 3090mm. The pitch is 19-20mm, that means the distance between two loose fill sheets is 19-20mm. It is hanging on the fiberglass tubes in the cooling tower 2 sides.
And it has A type and B type which make two loose sheets joint points match very well.
